"Pray without ceasing." 1 Thessalonians 5:17

God’s Call to Prayer Ministry:

God calls Parkway Presbyterian Church to be a “Unified” House of Prayer through which His mighty power is released in bringing about His Kingdom purpose in this world.

Prayer Ministry Purpose:

Encourage and engage the Body of Christ in the importance and power of prayer in all areas of our lives individually, and corporately.

Prayer Group:  Meets for prayer every Tuesday at 9:30 am in the Library with the exception of July; there will be no meetings in July.

The Prayer Team Committee looks to provide ongoing prayer opportunities.

Prayer Servants are Available for Intercessory Prayer:

·      To pray with one another before,  during and  after our 10:00am Worship Service

·      To pray with and for the Pastor before, during and after Worship Services

·      To pray with and for our members and visitors

·      To pray with and for those in need of prayer each week

Prayer Room (Room 109):

Open for prayer during the Worship Service at 10:00am.

Through our Prayer Ministry at Parkway, it is our prayer that we each embrace a strong passion for prayer which is ever flowing through our congregational life and ministries at Parkway.  May the power of Christ’s love be reflected in all we are and in all that He leads us to do in His Holy Name.

These I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations. Isaiah 56:7
