We will meet in the back of the Santuary to send around 25 boxes to the military plus a box of coupons to the Commissary for the military families.  If you know anyone who is deployed, please turn in their names.  PLEASE CUT THE MANUFACTURER'S COUPONS OUT AND PUT IN ENVELOPES OR BAGGIES MARKED FOOD, HEALTH AND TOILETRIES, HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES, BABY and PETS.  We do not have enough folks to cut the coupons out on packing day.  Thank you for your cooperation.  We accept donations of supplies and monetary gifts.  Come join us!

We in the uniformed service are so blessed to have wonderful Americans back supporting us as we deploy in the defense of our great nation.  Your recent box of goodies was taken to Jack's plave, where Airmen, Soldiers, Sailers and Marines in quiet solitude can break away from daily stresses and relax.  In heartfelt appreciation, Col. The Military Ministry sends 20-25 "goody packages" each month to friends and relatives of our members.  Over the past two years, we have sent over 550-600 boxes, more than 15,000 thank you notes and prayer squares to those deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan.  This helps our Armed Forces feel like a little bit of home, with things they cannot get in remote areas.  It also shows our support for them.  Monetary, snacks, toiletries, and supplies are donated by members and friends.  We meet the second Wednesday of each month at 11:30-1 PM in the back of the sanctuary to stuff the thank you notes and pack the boxes.  Be sure to check out the Wall of Honor and the table with thank you notes and a list of needs, which is outside the library.  Our next packing will be Wednesday, March 14, at 11:30 in the sanctuary.   
 
COUPONS:  Please save your coupons to go to the commissary in Germany for the families who are stationed there.  Please cut them out, separate in different envelopes - food, toiletries and health, household supplies, babies, and pets.  You can also use zip lock bags to put them in.  This saves us so much time if you cut them and separate them into each envelope or baggie.  Thank you.  We appreciate your donation of time, supplies, thank you notes, coupons and monetary gifts.  The military appreciate all we do for them
