Parkway offers Infant and Toddler
care from birth through age 2
We have a loving staff to care for our infants and toddlers each Sunday. Nursery care is provided for both the 9am and 11am worship services and during Sunday School, as well as during Wednesday evening programs. Our experienced staff is trained in CPR / First Aid.
We want your experience, as well as your child's, to be a happy one here at Parkway! To ensure we can provide the highest quality of care, please make sure you are familiar with our nursery policies:
Please check your child in with one of our nursery staff members when you arrive. We ask that you fill out a registration form for your child so we know where to reach you if needed and have any information on your child that we may need while they are in our care. Our nursery is also equipped with a beeper system in the event we need to reach parents during worship services or Sunday School. A nursery staff member can assist you if you would like a beeper while your child is in our care. Please note that we cannot release any child without permission from the parent or guardian. Let us know if someone other than yourself will be picking up (Grandparents, Aunts/Uncles etc..) after worship. While we do understand that older siblings often like to pick up their baby brother or sister, we can not release a child without an authorized adult being present. Please be sure to discuss any special needs your child might have or any special instructions you might require with one of our nursery staff members upon dropping off your child. This will ensure your child's comfort while in our care, as well as your peace of mind. Please be sure to bring a clearly labeled diaper bag and essentials for your child. If your child is potty training, please make sure extra clothes are available in case of accidents. Health and safety are very important to us! Please help us keep our little ones healthy by observing our wellness policies. We ask that you not leave your child if they are running a fever or have had vomiting/diarrhea within the last 24 hours. If your child becomes ill while in our care, we will locate you to let you know via your beeper or in person by our Director of Christian Education. Accidents sometimes do occur even with careful attention from our staff. In the event your child has an accident, we will supply you with an accident report when you pick up your child for minor accidents. In the event of an accident that is accessed as serious in nature, you will be notified immediately. | Matthew Bullard | |
